Recently, a leading legal firm with several offices spread around the UK needed to update the policies and procedures surrounding information security.

With over 3000 people in 8 UK offices the main issue of concern was not the production of such policies, they have in house experts that could produce those, but the cost and logistical issues related to training so many people in so many different locations and in a restricted period of time.

Producing eLearning material within the jComply application allowed for all employees to have access to the material within days of the policies being approved and as such begin to understand such information through the read and test functionality. The email notifications invited all staff into the process and further notification facilities contacted line managers where certain staff required prompting.

Maintaining the eLearning information in the version controlled question library now allows personnel to extend this service to all new recruits as part of their induction.
