View outstanding tasks in My Home and receive email notifications for new tasks
Users do not have to carry out complicated searches to view pending documents or ask their colleagues which test to take. On login to the system, My Home lists all the outstanding tasks in chronological order. Users also get prompted by email notifications any time a document is available for review or when a test is scheduled.
Setup schedules for review and publishing events and set the compliance process on auto-pilot
Eliminate the manual compliance process and reduce the chances of non-compliance. Using our scheduling module, compliance managers can pretty much set the entire policy life cycle on auto-pilot. Review and publishing events can be scheduled for the next year ahead of time leaving the compliance manager to put his or her feet up.

Our document library and file plan structure is based on the functional specifications provided by the National Archives UK, revision 2002. Therefore jComply’ file plan consisting of classes, folders and document is in compliance with the standards established at government, public and private companies that follow standards provided by the National Archives.
Create documents and track changes by reviewers
Create documents in no time using the built-in word processor in the universally acceptable XML format. Reviewers use the same editor to edit the document. All the changes made by reviewers are tracked and highlighted until they are approved.
Full version control and secure archiving of documents
jComply manages all versions of the document. As soon as the document changes are reviewed and approved, the system issues a new version. The new version is automatically encrypted and compressed for storage thus making the system highly secure.

jComply is built on Java JEE technologies which make it a true web application that can be deployed on Microsoft or Unix platforms. Administrators can use their existing resources and technologies to implement the system instead of having to spend time, effort and money in cross platform technologies.
